Diagnostic Tests

Often women present to the physician's office with common problems such as heavy or abnormal menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain or urinary incontinence.  Additional testing and evaluation is often needed to confirm the diagnosis and establish a management plan that may or may not involve surgery.

In-Office Diagnostic Tests

Because of obvious benefits to our patients, we perform these diagnostic tests in the office.  The benefits of the in-office setting include; less time needed for the procedure and a relaxed and comfortable environment.  Financially, the office makes more sense as many insurance providers require only an office co-pay as oppossed to the larger payment for a procedure performed in the hospital.
